Transitioning into adulthood is momentous β almost like completing the finale of the first lap of life and embarking into the genesis of the climax. There isnβt any demarcated interlude called βtransitionβ in between shifts from one stage of life to another. I wish there was! Though each of us is sculpted by the Divine […]

I sometimes wonder whether I am truly grown up as an adult according to the generalized societal standards or not. I rarely bother about what should we eat the next day, make a financial plan for the future and what will happen if there is a crisis. Usually, any adult man will poke his whole […]

Thatβs quite clichΓ© and cheesy, as if from a run to mill Bollywood masala movie, isnβt it? But ironically thatβs the reality of life. * Note: donβt try underwater stunts if you donβt know how to swim. Well, that joke bombed. So letβs talk about life now. What marks a transition in an individual? Marriage, […]

If youβve watched βRussel Petersβ β the Indian turned Canadian – stand-up comedian, youβd probably be very familiar with the above phrase. That is what his father always told him. My Father of course never did β however, it always seemed to be implied. After a certain age, a boy just knows, he needs to […]

For all the kids who are soon going to be entering adulthood, I just have this one advice. If you learn the art of balancing your circle of influence, you will grow up to be a really strong and mature adult. This is something I learnt over the years of entering and maintaining adulthood. The […]

Marriage is a turning point for most people in their lives. No matter the reasons for marrying, its an event that leaves a mark and becomes a starting point for many subsequent events. Religious texts and rituals all across the world have spent much time and thought dictating how and why two people should marry. […]

We had a great week discussing the barriers in any sort of relationships, especially marital ones. As I was thinking about those barriers, I realised they are to be very common and known to all and we always can try to rectify our relationships by breaking them at some point in our life. But there […]

Set the alarm for the next day, have put the kids to sleep, hand cream βοΈ, moisturizer βοΈ, time to hit the sack and before calling it a day one important ritual to perform. Praying β, Reading a book β, Writing diary β, it’s a ritual followed more religiously, relentlessly – social media surfing. Yes, […]

Love is a beautiful feeling, an integral emotion and a wonderful experience altogether. Yet, love isnβt everything. And people come at the crossroads where they realize that love isnβt working anymore. Disagreement, turmoil, shortcomings and other disturbances ruin love, the basis of every relation. Ujjwala, found her love during her yoga classes. A man used […]

Love, being an intrinsic human attribute and need, cannot be effectively caged behind bars. It always yearns for expression. However, love cannot always be expressed and/ or experienced sans roadblocks. Though love faces many barriers in its way, I will talk about one major hiccup to expressing and/ or experiencing love. The fly in the […]

I remember when I panicked because of so much assignments left to complete but then I thought that being panicked will make this situation only worse..so I rested my mind and did it…

Thank you π Glad you liked it dear, it is indeed correct that the day you are late for work, panic won’t help you one bit, it will just delay you a lil more, always good to tell the mind it’s over stressing. ππ»

When in panic mode, concentrating on breathing and talking to people around you or you care about will help for sure, and one can tune their mind saying that “its temporary and just a trick of my mind and it will pass” and it will help for sure.

This is one of my favourite feeling and I keep telling this to others.
But as you said it crops on everyone and at times unpredictable. Even to me it comes like an Octopus and grabs by its tentacles, only to make me see into it like a tiger’s eyes and snatch it by the paws.
‘This too shall pass’ – is a wonderful phrase, it is an attitude, it is having a spiritual thought in it to be pondered, it is such a good feeling that makes you more healthier, it makes other’s know why and how to adopt it.
I think I have commented on one or two posts of fellow bloggers who have written on this topic.
I feel this word should be spread as the modern living has been so stressful and panicky.
